Tu carrera puedes ser algo grande

Si enfocas tu running como un pulso al sufrimiento, te pierdes algo grande.

  • Yo entiendo el Running como un proceso creativo, mi obra musical, llamado RUNFULNESS ,donde la planificación cede el paso a la improvisación. Es puro Jazz

Cuando salgo a trotar nunca sé de antemano cómo será mi rendimiento, sólo tengo una idea aproximada de la ruta y la distancia.

La actividad mental de mi cabeza es tan intensa que me impide discernir las posibilidades reales de mi cuerpo, por lo que delego en el director de orquesta esa misión.

  1. Abro la puerta, enciendo el Garmin, entorno los ojos y comienzo a desafinar.
  2. Recluto al director de orquesta, mi consciencia, y la batuta de la respiración empieza a girar. 😉
  3. Cesa la actividad mental y comienzo a crear.
  • Yo entiendo el Running como una carrera afinada, mi obra musical, donde el director de la orquesta concentra la atención en coordinar a todos los instrumentos que la componen. 

Cuando salgo a trotar las caderas se elevan y las piernas cuelgan.

El control que ejerce la Respiración es tan potente que dirige hacia el cielo todos los instrumentos musicales de mi cuerpo 

  1. El director de la orquesta es la mente consciente.
  2. La batuta es la respiración.
  3. Los instrumentos son las extremidades, los músculos, los huesos y los pulmones

Un Running en “piloto automático” permite que cada pieza de tu cuerpo traslade al movimiento su forma de hacer en el día a día:   El torso agachado, el core desactivado, los pulmones cerrados, los puños apretados, las cervicales contraídas.

El resultado será una carrera desafinada, pero como nuestra naturaleza es increíble, igualmente será running.

  • Yo busco en el Running una carrera maestra.

Avanzo dejando atrás al mundo, mientras mis piernas improvisan con Mozart sus notas musicales.

Por eso mi running se llama Runfulness: «Corro con el corazón, pensando y sintiendo cada pisada»
